YTL Developments has submitted a planning application for a new seven-storey office building above the new Waitrose supermarket at Brabazon.
The landmark development will feature a state-of-the-art workspace, a rooftop bar and terrace, a fitness suite, and a flagship Waitrose supermarket at ground level.
The design prioritises flexibility, wellbeing and sustainability, with generous layouts, a rooftop clubhouse, cycle workshop and end-of-trip facilities.
